What you’ll do
- Integrate, align, and test precision mechanical, electrical, and optical sub-assemblies into complete systems
- Load custom hardware/software images and verify PC configurations
- Perform first-article system bring-up, fine alignment, and performance verification
- Craft simple test jigs, update work instructions, and flag documentation gaps for engineering
- Close out ERP work orders so costs and parts traceability stay on point
What you’ll bring
- A.S. in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering Technology
- Mastery with hand tools, light power tools, meters, and scopes
- Solid MS Office skills; basic CAD familiarity a plus
- Ability to read schematics/datasheets and track down faults methodically
- Working knowledge of motors, servos, steppers, and digital I/O control
- Clear, professional communication and the judgment to ask for guidance when needed
- Ability to lift up to 70 lbs safely
