We are actively seeking a an SMT Operator for our client in Norwood. MA

Requirements for this SMT Operator
- This SMT Operator will set up and run the Surface Mount equipment in a fast-paced, high-mix environment.
- Ideal applicant will have prior experience operating Automated Optical Inspection Equipment. (AOI)
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in running Universal, Fuji, Mydata or other flexible placement platform SMT equipment.
- Willing to train the right candidate with similar work experience, a strong work history and a positive attitude.
- Ability to troubleshoot feeder assignments and all other functions required to set up a first-time run
- Must be able to task and schedule with minimum supervision.
Due to strict ITAR requirements – Must be a U.S. person
