Ardent Staffing Solutions is seeking an experienced Senior Electro-Mechanical Cable Assembler for a 3-month contract with our valued client in Nashua, NH. If you have a strong background in assembling complex cable systems for military and commercial projects, we want to hear from you!

Position Details:

• Location: Nashua, NH
• Shift: 1st Shift
• Pay: Competitive, based on experience

What You’ll Do:

• Assemble intricate cable harnesses following drawings, wire lists, and work instructions.
• Work with various hand tools, including wire strippers (manual/automatic), crimp tools, torque drivers, and heat guns.
• Perform precise processes such as crimping, soldering, splicing, shield terminations, and working with coax cables and braid sleeving.
• Insert pins into military and commercial connectors with accuracy.

What You Need:

• 5+ years of experience in cable assembly.
• Strong knowledge or certification in IPC-620, IPC-610, and Mil Standards (required).
• Experience with J-STD-001 solder training or equivalent (preferred).
