Position Details:
- Location: Woburn, MA
- Shift: Full-time, Monday through Friday
- Pay: $65,000 – $80,000/year, based on experience
What You’ll Do:
- Lead document control processes, including change orders and record management.
- Develop and maintain quality system documentation, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Support the implementation and validation of electronic quality management systems (eDMS/eQMS).
- Track training records, identify gaps, and maintain company-wide compliance matrices.
- Oversee controlled documents, including formatting, numbering, and archiving.
- Assist in quality control tasks, including inspections and material acceptance.
What You Bring:
- 5+ years in document and change control within a regulated industry (medical device or pharmaceutical).
- Experience utilizing Arena
- Expertise in ISO 13485 and quality system regulations.
- Proficiency in eDMS/eQMS systems and advanced Microsoft Office skills.
- Strong organizational, writing, and communication skills.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
