Ardent Staffing Solutions is seeking a skilled Solder Technician for our customer in Nashua. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a dynamic team in a supportive environment where your skills will shine!
Position Details:
- Location: Nashua, NH
- Shift: 6:00am – 2:00pm or 7:00am – 3:00pm
- Pay: Competitive, based on experience
Responsibilities:
- Perform manual soldering of both through-hole and surface mount components on printed circuit boards following detailed work instructions.
- Identify and document any discrepancies in production materials or instructions, escalating unresolved issues to a supervisor.
- Conduct rework and repair services based on customer requests.
- Record defects and workstation time data daily.
- Assist with mechanical assembly, packaging, and shipping when needed.
- Contribute to a culture of learning, teamwork, and continuous improvement.
Qualifications:
- Familiarity with Selective Solder and Final Assembly equipment is a plus.
- Knowledge of IPC-J-STD-001 is a plus.
- IPC-A-610 Certification required.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- At least 1 year of experience assembling printed circuit boards preferred.
- Excellent soldering skills with a team-focused attitude.
