Ardent Staffing is looking for a results-driven outside sales representative to join the Ardent Team!

The Outside Sales Representative will join the established staffing team to drive market growth, build the brand, develop propspect lists and sell complete staffing solutions in the greater Springfield, MA. Looking for someone with high energy, a positive attiutude and a strong personal drive.

Responsibilities of the Outside Sales Representative

  • Develop prospect and target lists and contact leads
  • Reach out to prospective customer leads through cold calling and networking
  • Work with management and operations to develop sales strategy and process to maximize our growth
  • Design comprehensive presentations and staffing programs to solve primary recruiting / staffing concerns.
  • Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships
  • Analyze the territory/market’s potential, track sales and status reports

Skills needed for the Outiside Sales Representative

  • Proven outside sales representative ecperience – 1-2 yrs required
  • Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record in sales
  • Excellent selling, communication and negotiation skills
  • Prioritizing, time management and organizational skills
  • Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience needs via in-person or video meeting
  • Must be highly coachable and open to feedback
  • BS/BA degree or equivalent preferred
