$85,000–$100,000 annually, depending on experience
We are seeking a dedicated, reliable, and trustworthy Office Manager with a background in the construction service industry to join our team. The ideal candidate will be a skilled bookkeeper, highly organized, and capable of managing multiple tasks efficiently while meeting deadlines.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee day-to-day accounting functions, including accounts payable and receivable.
- Manage daily deposits, weekly invoicing, and monthly customer statements.
- Create and maintain purchase orders and vendor records.
- Process and review invoices and expense reports.
- Prepare monthly sales tax filings and perform bank reconciliations.
- Handle AIA billing and internal job cost tracking, including cost codes.
- Process payroll through Paychex, including union payroll and reporting.
- Generate market recovery reports as needed.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in the construction service industry.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and QuickBooks is required.
- Advanced Excel skills are essential.
- Experience with ServiceTrade software is a plus.
- Familiarity with Paychex payroll processing is preferred.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
