$85,000–$100,000 annually, depending on experience

We are seeking a dedicated, reliable, and trustworthy Office Manager with a background in the construction service industry to join our team. The ideal candidate will be a skilled bookkeeper, highly organized, and capable of managing multiple tasks efficiently while meeting deadlines.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee day-to-day accounting functions, including accounts payable and receivable.
  • Manage daily deposits, weekly invoicing, and monthly customer statements.
  • Create and maintain purchase orders and vendor records.
  • Process and review invoices and expense reports.
  • Prepare monthly sales tax filings and perform bank reconciliations.
  • Handle AIA billing and internal job cost tracking, including cost codes.
  • Process payroll through Paychex, including union payroll and reporting.
  • Generate market recovery reports as needed.
Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in the construction service industry.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and QuickBooks is required.
  • Advanced Excel skills are essential.
  • Experience with ServiceTrade software is a plus.
  • Familiarity with Paychex payroll processing is preferred.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
