Night Cook – Hotel
Ardent Staffing is looking for an experienced Night Cook to join the culinary team at a luxury hotel in Marlborough, MA. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a high-end hospitality environment, preparing top-quality meals and ensuring an exceptional dining experience for guests.
- Location: Marlborough, MA
- Schedule: 2:30 PM – 10:30 PM (Rotating Schedule, Weekend Availability Required)
- Pay: $24-26/hr, based on experience
- Job Type: Temp-to-Hire
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Prepare and cook a variety of menu items following hotel and brand standards
- Ensure food is plated and served with excellence
- Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary kitchen environment
- Assist with inventory, food prep, and restocking supplies
- Work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-volume setting
- Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines
- Support other kitchen staff and assist with closing duties
What We’re Looking For:
- Previous experience as a cook, line cook, or in a hotel kitchen preferred
- Strong knowledge of food preparation, safety, and sanitation practices
- Ability to work a rotating schedule, including weekends
