Night Auditor – High-End Hotel | Marlborough, MA
- Location: Marlborough, MA
- Pay: $19/hr
- Shift: Overnight (Weekend Availability Required)
- Job Type: Temp-to-Hire
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Conduct audits of hotel transactions to ensure accuracy and compliance
- Assist guests at the front desk – check-in, check-out, and handle reservations
- Reconcile daily financial transactions, including food & beverage, rooms, and other revenue streams
- Maintain proper cash handling and credit card processing procedures
- Provide outstanding customer service to guests during overnight hours
- Communicate important details to the day shift team through the hotel’s pass-along system
What We’re Looking For:
- Previous Night Auditor experience strongly preferred
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial reporting
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Ability to work overnight shifts & weekends
- Familiarity with hotel reservation and accounting systems
