Are you a detail-oriented individual with a passion for precision and quality? We have an exciting opportunity for a Medical Device Assembler for one of our clients in Wilmington, MA. In this role, you'll be an integral part of the manufacturing team, assembling cutting-edge medical devices in a cleanroom environment.
What You’ll Do:
- Precisely assemble micro subassemblies and top assemblies using microscopes.
- Follow strict manufacturing procedures and adhere to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
- Complete documentation accurately, ensuring compliance with industry standards.
- Perform product testing, final assembly packaging, and in-process inspections.
- Collaborate with various departments to ensure smooth production flow.
What We’re Looking For:
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- 5+ years of experience in medical device manufacturing preferred.
- Strong understanding of assembly processes, testing, and quality inspection.
- Excellent hand-eye coordination, with experience in microscope work.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Commitment to quality, safety, and continuous improvement.
