Manufacturing Engineering Technician
Now seeking a skilled Mechanical/Electrical Engineer to join the team at one of our premier Medical Device Manufacturers.
Will use SolidWorks to create/maintain mechanical drawings, modify fixture/tooling designs, design fixtures/tooling, and provide product design assistance.

- $35-$45 per hour depending on fit and experience
- Temp to Perm
This Mechanical / Electrical Engineer will be responsible for Documentation / Document Control:
- Edit/modify documents (MS Word/Excel) from markups.
- Create/design processes and procedures with minimal supervision.
- Read/understand Engineering Change Orders (ECOs).
- Review ECOs for completeness/compliance.
- Implement ECO changes.
- Write ECOs for Engineering changes.
- Knowledge of FDA, ISO, EN, and worldwide regulations.
- Able to apply regulatory requirements.
Ideal Candidates must have Mechanical and Electrical Aptitude:
- Proficiency in hand/power tools.
- Ability to perform tasks like drilling/tapping.
- Experience with small machine tools and assembly.
- SMT soldering, cable soldering/assembly.
- Breadboard prototypes, construct electrical fixtures.
- Test/troubleshoot electronic assemblies/equipment.
- Perform testing/data collection.
- Design/perform feasibility/qualification tests.
Qualifications for this position:
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or related field.
- 3-5 relevant experience.
- Proficiency in Solidworks and MS Office Suite is a must
- Strong understanding of regulatory compliance.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Effective communication/teamwork abilities.
