Machine Operator – 3rd shift

- Location: Worcester, MA
- Shift: 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM
- Pay: $18.75 per hour
- Bonus Eligible
- Temp to Perm
Responsibilities of Machine Operator:
- Operate machines for rubber and plastic products.
- Monitor machines to ensure continuous material feed.
- Manually remove molded products from dies.
- Inspect molds/dies to clear loose materials before cycling.
- Trim excess material from parts using knives, cutting pliers, and scissors.
- Inspect parts for defects using visual and physical references.
- Count and record acceptable and defective products.
- Package products into appropriate shipping containers or boxes.
Requirements of Machine Operator:
- Prior experience machine operation experience is needed (1 year).
- Reliable, dependable, and team-oriented.
- Good communication skills.
- Proficient with basic hand tools: scissors, cutting pliers, and knives.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced work environment.
- Ability to lift up to 30 lbs.
- Flexibility to work overtime when required.
- Must have reliable transportation.
- Experience working a third shift is helpful.
