High energy well established and growing Marlborough Insurance Agency/Consulting / Financial Planning / Realty / seeks multiple full time Insurance Customer Service Representatives for

  • Excellent opportunity with a well established and growing Marlborough Business!!
  • Commercial line of business
  • $18 – $20 p/hour + additional commission compensation
  • Mon. – Fri. 9 am – 5 pm
  • Benefits package including medical/dental/vision/401k
  • Bilingual in English / Portuguese and / or Spanish are strongly encouraged to apply!
  • Full-time office position with future remote opportunities

Customer Service Representative Responsibilities:

  • Risk analysis of new clients 
  • Review and retain existing book of account business
  • Implement, control, and help manage a department
  • Assisting clients with their accounts and needs
  • Working with clients via phone and in person
  • Always putting the client first

Customer Service Representative Qualifications:

  • Insurance / Financial Planning / Realty related customer service experience is preferred but not required. Will train!
  • Insurance licensing or working towards that goal is preferred but not required.
