We are looking for an HR / Payroll assistant to undertake a variety of HR and payroll functions. This is an exciting HR /Payroll opportunity to take the next step in your HR career!

  • $50-70K depending on experience
  • Direct Hire
  • Fast growing medical device company with plenty of room for growth
  • Location is Marlborough, MA
  • Reports to the Controller

Responsibilities of the HR / Payroll Administrator include:

  • Manage human resources function including benefit administration, renewals,
  • Employee onboarding and retention,
  • Process company-wide payroll – US and European
  • Oversee company hr/accounting programs such as PTO and employee expenses, etc
  • Assist with implementation and oversight of Compliance Program.

Skills required for the successfull HR / Payrol Administrator:

  • Must have knowledge of payroll systems (preferably ADP)
  • Must be able to manage an ERP system. (preferably Epicor)
  • Must exhibit a high level of discretion and confidentiality in dealing with sensitive company information.
  • Must have good organizational skills and detail oriented.
  • Must have excellent reading, writing and communication skills in the English language.
  • Must be able to work independently with little supervision.
  • Must have excellent problem-solving skills.
