We're seeking an Engineering Aide to perform a variety of complex and specialized tasks providing support timely analysis of production tests failures, identifying their root causes and driving and/or collaborating on corrective actions with appropriate departments.
This Engineering Aide may also perform testing, evaluations and analysis of returns to maintain customers’ satisfaction.
Must have great communication skills to be able to collaborate in internal and external customers.

Education / Qualifications for the Engineering Aide
- 3-5 years’ of position related experience
- An Associate’s Degree or Certificate in a related field
- Knowledge of Analog or Power electronics circuits
- Able to use oscilloscopes, voltmeters, and power supplies
- Strong ability to understand schematics, assembly drawing and test specifications
- Understand voltage, power and current relationships, simple op amp theory, and transistor operation
- Must have working knowledge of component types and ratings,
- Excellent soldering skills is Critical
- Requires strong written and verbal communication skills
- Strong interpersonal skills involving ability to work effectively cross-functionally
- Good computer skills: ability to access and utilize information from existing data base systems
