Are you a skilled technician with a passion for precision and problem-solving? Ardent Staffing Solutions is seeking a Soldering Technician to join our client’s growing team. This is a hands-on role where you’ll have the chance to work on cutting-edge products in an exciting, fast-paced environment.
Details:
- Shift: Full-time, 1st Shift
- Pay: $22-28/hr, based on experience
What You’ll Do:
- Assemble and repair intricate electronic and mechanical components like cables, connectors, and chassis using hand tools, microscopes, and soldering techniques.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues with electromechanical assemblies.
- Perform detailed testing, repair, and rework of products.
- Follow detailed instructions, blueprints, and drawings to ensure quality production.
- Operate within cleanroom protocols to ensure precision and compliance.
- Package final products for delivery.
What We’re Looking For:
- 2+ years of soldering experience; certification is a plus.
- Experience with assembly tools, including microscopes and power/hand tools.
- Knowledge of blueprints, diagrams, and testing equipment.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and follow cleanroom protocols.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
