We are seeking multiple Administrative Assistants, Receptionists and Office Managers.

These are all temp to perm opportunities with great work environments and growth potential. The ideal candidates for all of these positions will be driven by the opportunity to perform clerical and administrative functions in order to drive company success.

Administrative Assistant and Receptionists are responsible for the following:

  • Greet and assist onsite guests
  • Plan and schedule appointments and events
  • Draft correspondences and other formal documents
  • Answer and handle inbound telephone calls
  • Develop and implement organized filing systems
  • Perform all other office tasks

Office Manager positions are also responsible for managing the front office staff, managing office process and efficiency.

Qualifications for these administrative roles are as follows:

  • Previous experience in office administration or other related fields definitely a plus
  • Strong computer skills including MS Office
  • Ability to prioritize and multitask
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Must have a bright, energetic, positive attitude and helpful personality

Other helpful but not required skills include experience with the following:

  • Managing people
  • Human Resources
  • Medical Office
  • Appointment scheduling
  • Customer Service

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.00 – $18.00 per hour
